Land clearing, stump removal & lot cleanup
Brush, small trees, stumps, and overgrown lots — cleared, pulled, and hauled off so you’ve got a clean spot to build, plant, or fence.
Excavating
Sometimes the first step of any project is just getting the ground clear. I take on brush, small trees, stumps, and root balls — the overgrown corner, the fence line you can’t reach, the lot you want to build a shed or a garden on. The excavator pulls stumps and root balls that a mower or chainsaw never will, and the dump trailer means it all leaves with me. I’m right-sized for residential lots and small acreage — not large timber tracts.
Clearing and grading go hand in hand — once a lot’s open I can shape and drain it in the same visit, so you’re not booking two crews.

The work
How I approach it
- 1
Mark the scope
We walk it and agree on exactly what stays and what goes.
- 2
Clear & pull
Brush and small trees down, stumps and root balls pulled with the machine.
- 3
Haul off
It loads into the dump trailer and leaves — no burn pile left behind unless you want one.
- 4
Level the spot
Rough-grade the cleared area so it’s ready for whatever’s next.
Answers
Land & Lot Clearing — questions I get
How big a lot can you clear?
I’m built for residential lots and small acreage — the overgrown corner up to a good-sized lot. If it’s a large tract, I’ll tell you straight and point you the right way.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes — haul-off is included with the dump trailer. If you’d rather keep a burn pile, that works too. Your call.
Can you pull stumps?
Yes. The excavator pulls stumps and root balls whole, roots and all.
