Easley is a quick run from Anderson and a town I know well. There’s a lot of newer residential construction here where I do grading, pad prep, and sod to turn a raw lot into a finished yard — and plenty of older neighborhoods where the real work is drainage: burying downspouts, regrading, and cutting french drains so water stops collecting where it shouldn’t. Landscaping or earth-moving, it’s one call either way.
On Easley’s newer builds I handle the grading and sod that the builder skipped; on the older streets it’s usually a drainage fix.
