Yes — that’s the advantage of doing my own excavating. The base is dug, drained, and compacted right before the wall or patio goes on it.

Sod gives you an instant lawn and holds a slope better; seed costs less but takes weeks and the right season. I’ll tell you which fits your yard and budget.

Yes — I can grade and re-sod the bad areas or overseed the whole thing, depending on how far gone it is.

Always. Fine grading is the difference between a lawn that takes and one that dies in patches.

Both work. Mulch lasts a bit longer and comes in colors; pine straw is lighter, cheaper to refresh, and holds on slopes. I’ll match it to your beds.

Most beds want a refresh once or twice a year — a top-up in spring, sometimes again in fall. I can set that up on a schedule.

Yes — cleanout and haul-off come with it. The dump trailer means it all leaves with me.

Either. I can lay out a full design or install a plan you already have. Most folks want help figuring out what goes where — that’s no problem.

I’m built for residential lots and small acreage — the overgrown corner up to a good-sized lot. If it’s a large tract, I’ll tell you straight and point you the right way.

Yes. The excavator pulls stumps and root balls whole, roots and all.

A french drain is one tool. Drainage & erosion control is the whole plan — grading, downspouts, swales, and a french drain where it’s the right answer. Sometimes you need one, sometimes several.

Usually yes — with regrading, swales to slow the water, and ground cover or hardscape to hold the soil. I’ll tell you what that slope actually needs.
